A Trusted Customer is defined as a user who meets at least one of the following conditions:
- Has subscribed to any paid course in the past, or
- Has a credit balance of 1,000 points or more
As a result of this change, new users will no longer be able to submit custom requests from the New Task page. However, public offers will remain available for free, subject to quota availability.
Users may become Trusted Customers by:
- Changing any running task to a paid course, or
- Purchasing credit points directly from this page.
Trusted Customers may request custom offers as free trials, up to three trials per user. After each trial, users may freely decide whether to continue with a paid course. There is no obligation to proceed after a free trial ends. For details, please refer to this page.
